Forward Deploy ("we") operates this website and the forwarddeploy-poster application, an internal tool that publishes Forward Deploy's own educational video content to Forward Deploy's own social media accounts (including TikTok and YouTube).

Use of the service

The application is used solely by Forward Deploy to schedule and publish its own content. It is not offered to third parties, does not accept third-party accounts, and provides no user-facing functionality beyond viewing our published content on the respective platforms.

Content

All content published through the application is owned by Forward Deploy. Content published to third-party platforms is additionally subject to those platforms' terms of service.

Liability

The website and application are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forward Deploy is not liable for any damages arising from use of this website.
